Mossy Oak x Ebbets Field 1957 Army Ballcap
1957 ARMY BALLCAP BY MOSSY OAK X EBBETS FIELD
History: Drawn from the hardwoods of Mississippi, Mossy Oak’s Bottomland pattern pioneered a naturalistic approach to camouflage — using muted tones, photo-real textures, and a natural depth to blend the human outline seamlessly into the surrounding woods. They provided the custom fabric for this collaboration, recasting their iconic camo in a classic wool blend fabric, which we then used to give some of our fan-favorite hats a special design flip.
The 1957 Army Black Knights played a compact, disciplined brand of baseball, where execution outweighed spectacle. They played their home games on Doubleday Field, whose namesake was once (erroneously) considered the inventor of baseball.
This hat features Mossy Oak's iconic Bottomland Camo in the body, our classic wool broadcloth in olive on the brim, and a felt appliqué of the 1957 West Point logo on the front.
