History:The first Chattanooga team called "Lookouts" was back in 1885, and there was a team by that name in the Southern Association from 1910 to 1961, which we pay homage to here. The Lookouts played at Engel Stadium for nearly 70 years, beginning in 1930. During their years in the Southern Association, the Lookouts captured four pennants and one Dixie Series championship.
This is an authentic replica of the hats worn on-field in 1950, made with navy blue wool broadcloth and finished off with a red-on-white felt “C”.
