History:The Puerto Rican team participated in the 1958 Caribbean Series, which was held in Río Piedras, Puerto Rico The '58 Puerto Rico squad finished one game behind series-winner Cuba. The team was led by Vic Power and Roberto Clemente, who hit .391 and scored six runs for Puerto Rico.
